Return Policy:

  1. Returns and Exchanges Eligibility:

    • At this time, we are not accepting any returns. However, we do offer exchanges for eligible products.

    • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

    • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is not available, we will offer you a refund.

    • Please note that personalized or customized items, as well as products listed as final sale, are not eligible for exchanges.

  2. Exchange Procedure:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at Info@playground4k.com 

    • Provide your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the item(s) you wish to exchange.

    • Our Customer Service team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.

    • You are responsible for shipping the product(s) to our specified return address. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  3. Inspection and Processing:

    • Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect the product(s) to ensure they meet the exchange eligibility criteria.

    • If the returned item(s) meet our criteria, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

    • If the product is unavailable for exchange, we will give a store credit in the amount that was exchanged. 

  4. Refunds:

    • There are not refunds at this time. A store credit will be issued for returned items that cannot be exchanged.
